HISTORY OF RFB FOOD SOLUTIONS

RFB Food Solutions was formed in 2010 to provide expert consultancy across a wide range of food technology, integrity, development and safety related subjects.  Initially targeting SME businesses to assist in improving the range of skills required to manufacture and supply in an ever increasing complex food landscape.

RFB Food Solutions has served small, medium and global businesses on a wide variety of food related issues and continues to thrive through the successful implementation of numerous projects and creation of positive working relationships.

With over 30 years experience in food manufacture and supply, we have become a trusted and recognised leader in supporting many organisations throughout the UK with the development of food safety systems, employee training and process/product development through our expertise and the implementation of innovative technical solutions.

Ray Boggiano has worked in the food manufacturing industry for over 30 years and is a member of SOFHT (The Society of Food Hygiene Technology)                                   .

In his capacity as long-term Technical Director he implemented food safety systems and quality management systems into large and commercially focused food manufacturing and supply companies.

He has operated at board level in a large food manufacturing business supplying high street retailers with own label and branded food products.  He has a wealth of business experience not only in the technical and food safety arena but in running a large food manufacturing business with links to raw material suppliers across the globe.

Implementing and managing the development of many new products into the  market place is a particular strength together with  the responsibility for all matters environmental.  He also has hands on experience of EMS implementation.

Since forming RFB Food Solutions in 2010, he has assisted numerous companies in a variety of successful projects including trouble shooting, technical management, product development and supporting management in the satisfactory conclusion of an issue or project.

Ray continues to work with a number of trusted clients and is a contracted principal consultant with RQA global risk management and security provider. NSF a global industry consultancy provider. He is also an industry visiting fellow of the University of Salford, business school.
